Beechwood House enjoys an excellent location,
close to the
beautiful City of York, with a huge variety of attractions close by.
Beningbrough Hall is just a short distance away, while the National Railway Museum is situated 10 minutes away in York, usefully served by a Park and Ride just 5 miles away.
For those who like to venture a little further, the Yorkshire Air Museum, Castle Howard, Herriot Country, Heartbeat Country and the North Yorkshire Moors are all within easy reach.
A short distance further and you can find the East Coast and some of the most beautiful and picturesque coastline in the UK, boasting popular but unspoilt places such as Whitby, Runswick Bay, Staithes and Robin Hoods Bay.
As if this wasn't enough, The Yorkshire Dales, Harrogate,
Brimham Rocks, Fountains Abbey, Studley Royal,
Linton Locks, cycle route 65 can provide yet more
